What stays on your device

Game progress, stars, selected courier, coins, hearts, comfort settings, and fulfilled purchase delivery records are stored locally on your iPhone. Monster Mailroom does not ask for your name, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone, or camera.

Optional puzzle analytics

When Improve the puzzles is enabled, the app sends anonymous product-interaction events. These can include daily app-open milestones, Shift 1 and Shift 3 progress, the shift and objective, completion or jam result, duration, move and match totals, maximum tray pressure, objective mistakes, booster and rescue use, rewarded-ad taps and earned rewards, store opens, purchase outcomes, stars, coin balance, selected courier, and app version.

Each event batch uses fresh random session codes. Day-one return is marked once on the device and sent only as a milestone; no persistent installation code is sent. Events do not include your name, email, advertising ID, Apple vendor ID, device serial number, transaction identifiers, contacts, precise location, or individual cargo taps. The public receiver accepts events but does not provide a public results page.

Your analytics choice

You can disable Improve the puzzles in the game's Settings screen. Disabling it deletes events still waiting on your device and stops new events from being created. Previously received aggregate results may remain so the studio can compare shift difficulty between app versions.

Advertising

Short interstitial ads may appear only at natural breaks between shifts and never during a puzzle. Premium or Remove Ads disables those ads. Rewarded ads are optional and begin only after you choose a clearly labelled rescue or bonus.

Google Mobile Ads and its consent system may process device identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from network information, depending on your region and privacy choice. The game completes the required consent flow before requesting an ad and provides an in-game privacy choices entry point when required.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat may process a pseudonymous app-user identifier, product and transaction information, entitlement status, and diagnostics so purchases can be delivered and restored. Zaxsky Lab never receives your full payment-card information.

Children, retention, and changes

Monster Mailroom is a general-audience casual puzzle and is not directed to children under 13. Removing the app deletes locally stored progress and settings. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and Zaxsky Lab retain service records only as needed to operate, secure, evaluate, and meet legal obligations for their respective services. This policy will be updated when data practices materially change.
